A message from our president, James Rafferty:
Dear ASI Members and Friends,
End time events bring a barrage of differing voices, distractions, anxiety and even fear. Yet Christ Alone is to be our focus and our blessed hope. As your newly elected Northwest ASI president may I personally invite you to join us at the Eagle Crest Resort as we endeavor to “forsake not” the assembling of ourselves together and so much the more as we see the day approaching. We believe that God wants us to press together, press together, press together. It’s time. We need each other and the world needs the ministry God has given each one of us. This will be a time to come apart for rest, study, fellowship, and worship in a quiet natural atmosphere. We plan to have solid spiritual food, delicious physical food, testimonies, music and opportunities to connect with God and fellow believers laboring for God’s kingdom.
In the Blessed Hope, James Rafferty
ASI membership is exciting and rewarding. ASI members share a common goal to support the mission of the Seventh-day Adventist Church in reaching the world with the good news of God's love by "Sharing Christ in the Marketplace." In getting to know other members at local and national conventions and conferences, you'll develop a deepening love for both the ASI family and the worldwide church family. To learn more, please visit the National ASI Membership Information page.
What Is ASI?
ASI is a membership-based organization of Seventh-day Adventist laypeople who enthusiastically participate in the church's worldwide mission to serve others and to share the good news of Christ's love and His soon return.
ASI members are a unique and diverse group that includes business owners, professionals and self-supporting ministry participants from every walk of life. ASI members live and work to promote a Christ-centered lifestyle by "Sharing Christ in the Marketplace"—through education, health programs, community services, and evangelism.
ASI membership is held at the national level, with various regional chapters working to support the needs of members in their local areas. Each regional chapter also sponsors its own local projects.
ASI is both a national and international organization that exists to nurture its members and challenge them to be unswervingly honest in their endeavors, untiring in their service, and completely focused on Christ as they seek to represent Him to a world in need.
